We plan to cycle from Hastoe Housing Association's head office at Hampton Wick for 22 days visiting as many of their rural housing schemes as we can. We'll get to north Norfolk and then to Devon before returning to Sussex. About 800 to 900 miles. Through a UK charity, Let Them Help Themselves, Hastoe supports a a rural community called Ruhanga in the south of Uganda and we are looking for sponsors to raise money for medical supplies to equip a new community health centre they are building.
